I’ve lived full-time in an RV—off and on—since 2007.
Over the years, I’ve traveled all across the country and stayed in dozens of RV parks. Some were great. Some were just okay.
I’ve owned small campers, large fifth wheels, and everything in between. And through all those experiences—as a single person and later as a husband and father—I started to see what makes a long-term RV park truly livable… and what leaves you feeling overlooked or worn down.
A couple years ago, my family and I were living in our RV when we moved to Springtown, Texas. But as we looked around, I couldn’t find a place I felt good about bringing my wife and kids to live long-term. There wasn’t a park that felt safe, peaceful, and truly built for families—while still being close to schools, stores, and everything else we needed.
So my wife and I decided to build one.
We searched hundreds of properties. We weren’t looking for perfection—we were looking for peace. We wanted a country feel with just enough connection. A place people could breathe… and begin again.
That’s how Hope Side was born.
At first, our goal was simple:
Create a safe, affordable, peaceful place to live.
But as we started building, we noticed something deeper:
Most people don’t just need a place to park… they need a place to rebuild.
We’ve walked through our own setbacks—financial, emotional, spiritual. We’ve rebuilt from scratch. And we’ve seen how having the right space, people, and guidance can make all the difference.
That’s why Hope Side was designed not just for living—but for transformation.
We want every person here to have the opportunity to reset, heal, and grow.
To find clarity, purpose, and maybe even faith—without pressure or pretense.
We also realized a lot of people want to try RV living—whether to save money, get out of long-term leases, or pursue a simpler lifestyle.
But the upfront cost of a quality RV can be overwhelming.
So we decided to help.
We’ve purchased 10 luxury fifth wheels—fully insulated and built for full-time living. And we rent them to people who want to try the RV life without making a huge financial leap.
It’s not just about downsizing—it’s about freedom.
And we’re here to make that freedom more accessible.
Hope Side is for:
